The kids are fun and the teachers are seriously involved in developing engineering skills

The Fascinating Experimental Science Camp has been something I can't forget; in a good way.  My favorite experiment was when I made delicious ice cream.  I really enjoyed getting to know my teacher, Zack.  It was hard to decide, but the most interesting concept I learned about was how air pressure, gravity, and physics were used to keep a foam ball suspended by a blow dryer.

My kids love these "vacations". They have so much fun, and being a single mother who works as a doctor, I'm glad to have them in a place of learning that they also enjoy.

My son loved the computer game programming. He really enjoyed it all and he was

anxious to come to camp everyday. I really feel that

my son was stimulated everyday. Great Job!

 

My son really loved the camp and I like that fact that they had the experience of programming their robots, and that they were working together in teams. I was thrilled to find a robotics camp for early teens.

 

It seemed well paced and age appropriate. [My son] was very happy and woke up quickly when I told him it was time for camp.  [Students were] learning important stuff in a fun way!

[Our son’s] experience provided him with the opportunity to interact with other students and exchange ideas as well as broaden his information about NXT. [We liked] the positive, challenging, educational and fun atmosphere and the certificate of Robotics II Camp completion and personalized nickname given for each student.

 

My son enjoyed everything about the camp, he couldn’t stop talking about all the fun! I really like that the camp challenged his creativity.

This camp is great! My daughter loved it! We enjoyed the creativity of the projects.  We’ll recommend it to everyone.

My son loves this class and he is very sad that today is the last day.   He is looking forward to taking this class again. He loves the teachers, he said they are very nice, friendly, and helpful.  He is learning a lot and he's even teaching me stuff!

I liked learning how to program and make my own game.  I really like making bad guys I could defeat.

I really liked making the roller coaster and catapults.  When I took my catapult home, I played with it all day.

One thing I enjoyed about demigod day camp was how much fun I had. Many of the kids worked very well together, creating a fun environment.  Being able to see the other kids creativity when decorating and making weapons made of foam board.  I also enjoyed collaborating with the other children in teams I believed we worked very well together.

It was such a fun experience I wouldn't change anything about it!

It was my second time, and it was so much more fun. I was with my best friend and I made some new ones along the way.  Mr. Tom was an awesome teacher on Greek history. I may come back again next year.

I like that they do a variety of math activities with some of them hands-on.

This will have the kids start the school year with a positive attitude towards

math and it reminds them that math is fun even when it’s a challenge.
